QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Organize PDF FAQ
How do I change the order of PDF pages?
Choose the PDF, then drag page cards into position or use each card's earlier and later buttons. PaperGrid exports the visible grid order.
Can I rotate or delete individual PDF pages?
Yes. Every source-page card has clockwise rotation and removal controls. At least one page must remain in the output.
Can I duplicate a page or insert a blank page?
Yes. Duplicate places a copy beside the selected page. Add blank at end creates an empty page matching the last source page; move it to the required position.
Can I undo an organizing change?
Yes. Undo restores up to the 20 most recent reorder, rotation, duplication, removal or blank-page changes made during the current tool session.
Can I rotate or remove several PDF pages at once?
Yes. Select multiple page cards, then rotate, duplicate or remove the selection in one action. PaperGrid prevents removing every output page.
Can I reverse the order of all PDF pages?
Yes. Reverse all flips the complete visible page order in one step, and Undo restores the previous order.
Does organizing a PDF upload it?
No. The supported operation runs locally in your browser.

Does PaperGrid upload my files?

What is the file limit?
PaperGrid accepts supported files up to 100 MB each. Available memory on your browser and device may impose a lower practical limit.
